The Privacy Policy presents the commitments of THE DENTAL GROUP SA ("the Company") for the protection of the personal data of Internet users visiting this Site and of Services users. It also informs you of the procedures for collecting and using your personal data and the options you have in this regard.

THE DENTAL GROUP SA respects all the provisions of the Confederation relating to the protection of personal data, both federal and cantonal, in particular, the law on data protection (LPD) of 19 June 1992 (RS 235-1) which governs the processing of personal data of any civil or legal person domiciled in Switzerland, and the corresponding regulations for all of our patients who are on the territory of the Confederation.

A) Declarative data
 

THE DENTAL GROUP SA is likely to create one or more files containing information that you voluntarily provide to benefit from a Service. As part of our dental care activity, we collect the following identification elements (last name, first name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, your AVS number, social security number, your health insurance number) but also various data (family situation, income, etc.) and the data of the person to contact in case of emergency.
 

In addition, during the realization of our dental care, we can be brought to collect information relating to your state of health in particular a dental panoramic, your blood group, your allergies, etc. via the anamnesis. All of this data is included in your patient file.
 

You may be offered to receive commercial offers from THE DENTAL GROUP SA and/or its partners. When your declarative data are used for commercial purposes, THE DENTAL GROUP SA obtains your consent in accordance with the regulations in force.
 

B) Behavioral data
 

THE DENTAL GROUP SA is also likely to collect your browsing data thanks to the data collection tools (cookies, tags, and any other appropriate technical means; "the Tools") installed on the Services.
